When things are difficult at home, it’s amazing how quickly you can get used to it. But you don’t have to accept things the way they are. When things get rough, get help. The smallest thing might make a huge difference to your whole family. Sleeping problems

Losing sleep can make life miserable for you and your child, especially months or even years down the line where your brain starts to feel fizzy. There is lots of great advice and support available. Fussy Eating and Food Allergies

Whether your child is a fussy eater, or has food allergies, or just very specific demands when it comes to food, there is support out there.

Here are a few tips for eating out:

  • Plan ahead. Check accessibility to the restaurant and check that the menus have what you need.
  • Accept that sometimes meltdowns happen. It doesn’t matter if you walk out half way through – you’ve done well.
  • Pack things to play with - mobile phones with games under the table is always a winner!
