Breathing Space (Scotland) provides a 24 hour weekend, weekday evenings helpline for people looking for advice when life gets overwhelming. They offer one to one support about any mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stress & low mood.
When life gets too much we can always turn to this amazing charity to help, a friendly voice is at the end of a free phone call to anyone in the UK with any kind of mental health concern, suicidal thought or more stress than you can manage on your own.
They also have over 200 community programmes that you can visit and take part in. Their volunteers also work in schools and colleges to help support the emotional wellbeing of children and young people across the whole of the UK.
