Frazzled Cafe

Frazzled Cafe offers it’s visitors and participants a chance to openly discuss the stresses and strains of modern life without judgement or prejudice. Founded by Ruby Wax in 2017 when she realised that the audience attending her one woman show needed a safe space to talk about life.
During lockdown there are online sessions available with the hope to restart at participating at cafes around the country soon.

Coping Skills for Kids

With years of experience as well as being a parent, Janine has been able to use her experience and knowledge to put together a whole range of resources to help our children to manage with day to day anxieties and stresses at home or in the classroom.

Umbrella Derby

By Supporting the needs of not just the child or young person, Umbrella Derby empower them to have fun and feel included whatever their ability. Lots of play sessions, family support and much much more.

Dyspraxia Education

Dyspraxia Education provide resources and support for teachers and professionals working with children and young people with Dyspraxia.  They have a helpline and knowledgable people to help with any questions.  Helpline is open 10am to 3pm term time weekdays for teachers and education professionals.

Enjoy School Again

Throughout the UK  many children don’t attend school for a variety of reasons.  Enjoy School Again provide advice, support and guidance to families to help their children enjoy education.

Samaritans

Samaritans offers a safe place for you to talk any time you like, in your own way – about whatever’s getting to you, including to young carers in need of support or attention.

Honeypot

Honeypot works to enhance the lives of young carers aged 5 – 12 years old. They offer both respite breaks and outreach support to young carers and vulnerable children, many of whom would otherwise have nowhere to turn, giving them a break from stressful responsibilities at home.
